From June 15th through 16th the Marry-Go-Round in Strum will be having the largest sales event in store history for Mothers-of-the-Wedding. Travel Leaders Eau Claire and Higgins’ Travel and Cruise Center have merged their travel agencies effective January 31, 2011. The operations of the combined travel agencies is in the current Higgins’ Travel location at 2514 Golf Road in Eau Claire. According to Joel Higgins and Denise Petricka, co-owners of the new Higgins’ Travel Leaders, the merger enhances the agency’s ability to meet the growing needs of both leisure and business travelers in the Greater Eau Claire area. When merged, Higgins’ Travel Leaders will have 16 travel counselors on staff with offices in Eau Claire, Black River Falls, and Hayward, WI.
